Who we are
BoostScore is operated by Boost33. This notice explains what personal data we process and your rights under the GDPR.
Data we collect
Account data (your name and work email); your company's business details (legal name, EU VAT number, sector, size, country, languages); the cost lines, tenders and suppliers you enter; and basic usage and technical data such as logs.
Why we use it
To provide the service — match your costs to cheaper suppliers, verify your business (KYB), and operate the marketplace. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. When you accept a lead, limited details are shared with the other party to enable the introduction. We use service providers (hosting, email, error monitoring) that process data on our behalf under contract.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your data, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
