How the fit score is calculated
Updated 12 June 2026 · 4 min read
Every supplier match is scored out of 100. The score is a weighted blend of six signals, plus a hard blocking gate that must pass before a match can be surfaced at all.
The six signals
Price (30%) — the normalized annual cost versus what you pay today.
Coverage (20%) — how much of your required services the supplier offers.
Compliance (20%) — certifications and data-residency requirements.
Service, risk & terms (30%) — support level, stability and contract flexibility.
The blocking gate runs first: if a must-have service isn't offered, the match is never surfaced, no matter how high the weighted score would be.
